End of Days Part 2: Fifty Cent to Tour with Fall Out Boy
The other two horsemen of the apocalypse have descended...
I know I predicted the End of Days when I discovered Bono would be scoring the new Spider-Man broadway play, but this time I'm for real:
Fifty Cent is going on tour with Fall Out Boy. The details are still scant, but it seems that Mr. Cent will be joining the band that makes up every marketer's wet-dream for five dates on their current tour. I'm not going to post the dates for you. I'm not going to say anything else about this travesty (other than the equally big news, Fifty Cent, like Eminem, will be releasing two albums this year; oh happy day!). Just, if you happen to stumble upon one of these shows, you should probably lace up your cross-trainers and point yourself in the opposite direction.
I'd rather share an anecdote: one time, I made an omelet with Pete Wentz. This was before they were big and famous. Even then, the experience sucked harder than Jenna Jameson in a Hoover commercial.

DOOM and Ghostface Killah Promote Chinatown Wars
Duo's track for upcoming game surprisingly good.
Rap and video games are a couple of my favorite things in these recent times. When they meet I generally have a preconceived bias that negates all logic (see 50 Cent: Bulletproof) and peeps, “Oo, me likey.” Read On

Heath Ledger Directed Modest Mouse Video To Come Out Eventually
We just don't know when.
A Modest Mouse source told Spin Magazine that the Heath Ledger directed and Terry Gilliam animated video for "King Rat" will be released "soon." How soon is soon? Well, no one really knows when. Many people thought the video would never be finished, but it appears they were quite wrong.
"King Rat" was a bonus track off of We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank, the 2007 release from Modest Mouse. It should be interesting to see what sort of vision Ledger had for Brock and the gang.

Get to Know: Willowfair
Big boys don’t cry, but you just might get a little emotional.
When Willowfair walks into a room, it’s not the same set-up as other bands. Imagine sitting there with you beer and the previous band has just finished, mohawks flying and B.C. Rich guitars in tow. Then Willowfair comes up with a piano, cello and a violin...
