Method Man and Redman Release Blackout 2

Blackout 2 released underneath the covers of Eminem's Relapse.

In the shadows of Eminem’s first release in the last five years, Method Man and Redman bring “the ruckus, the muthafuckin’ ruckus” - quietly dropping their album on the same day. Mef and Redman do one for all the smokers out there with Blackout 2, this entry comes 10 years after Blackout.

With 17 tracks to make you scream, the masters that have been in the game more than 15 years deliver a full album for their fans. The album has over 400 reviews on iTunes scoring a 4.5/5 for an average. That being said, this album is definitely worth a listen.

In case the reviews did sell you, I’ll let Mef and Red reason with you on why copping their new album should be mandatory. Additionally the Wu-Tang members and Def Jam Artists recorded a video for single “A-YO” for those who enjoy visual stimulation with their music.

There are also plenty of interviews with the duo discussing their albums, and a history lesson that should provide some entertainment.

Check out Method Man and Redman’s new album Blackout 2, and give a listen to the “Errbody Scream” provided that delivers some classic Red action. Sorry, I can’t provide blunts with that, but this one seems to be for all you smokers in the world. M-E-T-H-O-D Man!

On a completely unrelated note, Charles Hamilton was clocked in the face by a chick. Crazy! If you don’t want to watch the set-up just fast forward to 2:33 and all will be right in the world.
